TV and audio device repair needed in Ennis

Their is a distinct thumoin 'helicopter' sound coming from the rear surrounds when I try to play 5.1 config, when i change to 3.1 their is no issue. I have tried running directly from laptop through HDMI and downloaded dolby atmos apps to see if I can figure out a solution that way. I also made sure the wires were not crossing and that I ran both my laptop and the AV reciver from the same outlet in case their was induced feedback. From what I undertsand it may be the voltage regulators connection that needs to be cleaned and resoldered or their is a fault with the PCM.
