My e-scooter's main control board (throttle/brake controller, YFS-Z1) has failed and I've bought a replacement. The new board has fewer wires/connectors than the old one - it only has a 4-pin power connector and a 5-pin display cable, while the old board also powered a headlight and possibly turn signals via extra connectors. I just need the scooter to be functional again: throttle, brake, and display working. I don't need the headlight or turn signals to work if that's not possible with the new board. Need help identifying which wires on the old harness correspond to battery power and display data, matching/splicing them to the new board's connectors, and safely capping off any unused wires (headlight etc). Have close-up photos of both boards and the wiring harness available to share. Scooter model: appears to use a Vicont display (VC-YB-QH-XMPro-V2.2) and YFS-Z1 controller board, 36V system.
