Electric scooter repair needed in Galway city

Hello, I am looking for a mobile scooter tech near Terryland, Galway, to repair an Acer ES Series 5. The scooter runs perfectly on a ride. But once turned off, it completely cuts power and refuses to turn back on. I've tried holding the power button for 20 seconds and plugging in the charger to "jumpstart" it, but neither worked. The screen and rear lights stay completely dead during the lockout. The issue is random: sometimes it resets and turns on normally after a few hours of cooling down, but other times it stays dead for much longer. It looks like an intermittent loose connection or a thermal fault on the motor controller / battery BMS board.
