Electric scooter repair needed in Galway city

I have an electric scooter that would not turn on after using it till it battery went down. I tried to charge it but it has refused to come on. The charger indicator shows red light when I plug it to an electric power source and to the scooter, and turns green after some time. But when I try to power the scooter on, it wouldn't turn on.
